Section 10.
For "shall suffer death, or" where that expression
occurs the second time substitute "shall be dismissed
from His Majesty's service with disgrace or shall
suffer.
For "cowardice, shall suffer penal servitude
negligence" substitute "cowardice or negligence".
Sections 14, 15, 16.
For "shall suffer penal servitude or" substitute
"shall be dismissed from His Majesty's service with
disgrace or shall suffer"
Section 19.
"Every person subject to this Act
shall be
deemed to have deserted and shall be dismissed from
His Majesty's service with disgrace or shall suffer such
other punishment as is hereinafter mentioned;
and in every such case he shall forfeit &c. &c.
Section 30.
For "death" substitute "dismissal from His
Majesty's service with disgrace".
